Contract term
The assignment begins on the order confirmation date and ends on completion of the assignment, or after four months, whichever occurs earlier.

Consulting fee
Reutimann Executive Search AG operates solely on an assignment basis. The fee charged is 33 % of the candidate's expected total annual salary (including bonus, other variable pay components and fringe benefits). The fee will be invoiced in four equal monthly instalments, at the beginning of each month, as from the month in which the assignment order is issued.

Expenses
A lump-sum allowance of 5% of the fee is charged for indirect expenses (telephone, fax, travel within Switzerland, database, etc.). Foreign expenses and candidates' costs are charged on an actual amount basis.

Guarantee
In the unlikely event of our being unable to find the right candidate within 4 months, we undertake to continue our search for another two months without charging a further fee. If there is still no prospect of a successful placement six months after commencement of the assignment, the assignment will be reviewed.

Termination
The assignment may be terminated at any time without prior notice, in which case the consulting fee for the current month and expenses are payable.
